I got this anti glare screen protector to save my eyes from the blue light that would give me headaches after prolonged use of my M1 MacBook Air. This fits my screen perfectly and has helped with glare, squinting and my headaches are gone! You do have to be careful when applying it. The instructions are easy to follow, the main thing you need to do is to apply it VERY slowly, lifting back up the film if you see air bubbles collecting. When I gave up, I had 3 air bubbles total. 2 of the air bubbles have already cleared out by itself. I just have one air bubble left but it’s only visible when the screen is black. While the laptop is on, I don’t even notice it. This is totally worth buying, and I’ve got a spare screen protector for future use!
