In a household full of knee pads of all sizes and materials, this knee pad from RiptGear is the perfect fit. I was skeptical of the support and pain relief it could offer as I have a pretty decent case of Osteoarthritis (OA) and have to take pain pills, ointments to rub into my knee and multiple injections. per year, this is the best tool so far and today. It took a day to get used to, with a slight roll behind the knee, but once I adjusted the sleeve everything was fine again. Going up the stairs was killer, and going down the stairs was sometimes even worse for my kneecap. However, the sleeve keeps my knee in place and supports my leg when walking up and down stairs. So it's a good investment. For others see the size chart but I chose large - to allow many other braces to be the same size. But this is a big and painless investment on my part.
