This compression knee wrap fits me very well. I have patella tracking and patellar tendon pain. Another knee brace used recently was a 3D compression with two straps that wrap around the hip brace and have Velcro closures. i am on my feet 40 hours a week or more on concrete and i do a little walking and my knee hurts which relieves the compression pretty well. I think they would probably give good compression if I went down a size. Anyway, I do feel some compression, but not to the extent I'd like. I think the problem with the sizing is that it says it should be 4 inches above the knee. Your starting point?
