When I placed my first order, for some reason I ordered the wrong size (medium). I emailed the company and they responded quickly and said they would refund my money and I could place another order in the right size (large). Then when I receive my orders I try on both sizes and send the size that doesn't fit. My money was back in my account the same day and I am sending back the wrong size. They have been of great help in making sure I have the size I need. The braces fit well, helped me get rid of osteoarthritis pain in my knees and my swelling went down significantly. This is a great product and I highly recommend it.
