I ordered 22+24+26+28" kits plus a 20" 4x4 fastener. The closure was no more than 8 inches, I'm not kidding, maybe 11 inches if you stretch the curls all the way. The only reason there are so many 5 star reviews is because they give you a hair note saying they will refund you $20 if you leave them a 5 star review. And yes, it's the free $20 on my purchase that I deserve for sending me bad kits, but I'm so frustrated that I'd rather give them a bad review instead. I have no idea how there are so many photos of decent looking rigs and good length kits in all these reviews, but that doesn't apply to me. I say don't risk it just use another provider even if it costs a little more because at least you get what you pay for. Although it was a little less than what you usually get for packages like this, it's still not what I paid for. I would understand a little shrinkage but it was awful, especially the front zip was awful, they messed me up by giving me an 8 inch zip when I literally paid 20 inches. And on top of that the buns have shrunk too, nowhere near a 22, 24, 26 or 28. I had 14, 16, 18 and 20 to be generous and it's not just because of the curls, I've been trying to stretch them, The hair is just short, you can see when you straighten it, none of the hair matches the length. And as if that wasn't enough, the whole hair was full of split ends. In general, save money, sis, don't take that hair, it's junk. I would rather sit and spend thousands of dollars on my hair than ever buy from this company again. It was so bad.
