This is a MUST after the birth. I had a c-section two weeks ago and am so glad I bought them. They are severely emaciated, they stretch but feel firm which helps with my sensitive pouch/cut. They stay in place and don't roll. I have another brand that's more like a viscose blend or something and they roll right down my cut. My first child was born vaginally and I wish I had one too. If you are expecting to give birth soon or are considering reproductive surgery, I highly recommend it. I really can't wear anything else right now. I wore size XL during pregnancy and size XL fits great. I would order the size you expect at the end of your pregnancy.
