Review on Streamlined Elegance: Aldo Minimalist Wallet Aissa Black - Enhance Your Style by Shane Picot

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This wallet is too bulky.

If you're looking for a minimalist wallet, this isn't it. The wallet itself is fine, but it's bulky to be honest, and I'm not sure why Aldo advertises it as a thin wallet. The measurements in the description are wrong. It mentions 3 x 4 inches, but it's actually 3.5 x 4.5 inches. I noticed it was bulky as soon as I opened it and that was before I added any cash or cards. In fact, there are 2 compartments for bills. I'm not sure why anyone would need 2 of these and you definitely don't want 2 in a skinny wallet. The leather feels nice and I like the clear ID window. I wish it had a thumb cutout for easy ID removal. There are plenty of slots for credit cards and receipts. All in all, this is a good wallet. But it's quite thick and bulky, so I definitely wouldn't buy it if you're interested in a thin wallet.

Pros
  • STORAGE: Securely stores your essentials with 6 card slots and a full-size fabric-lined bill compartment.
Cons
  • poorly thought out
