I love this jacket so much. I used it while I am doing rowing on my machine. I wanted to get rid of my upper back fat and my fay arms. So far I have used it twice while working it and it works. I used it without the jacket and it is not the same. I definitely can feel my skin heating and that’s what I want to burn the fat from those areas. I lost a lot of weight but it is just on my legs and some mid section. But not my arms and upper back. I definitely will be using it more. I did order one size smaller. It worked perfect because that’s what I want. If I have my bra on, it will not fit. But if using by itself, it gives my boobs a lift so I don’t need a sports bra when I decide to go for a walk or do a little cardio. Best invention ever.
