I absolutely love this jacket. I definitely sweat. My trainer BF suggested I wear it to run and do my jumprope in to help with thermogenesis and slimming. I honestly don’t know if it’s accelerating my firming, but I can definitely see results. …& yes, it’s great to wear on cool days. No other jacket needed. But if you’re well endowed up top, put at least a half tank or high halter sports bra on with it to minimize the peekaboo effect.

I love this product! I was very iffy when i first received the item thinking it was too small but I was majorly bloated that day. I waited until the next day to try on the item properly & it fits PERFECT! It hugs you tight & right. I’ll be honest, I was a little hesitant to get this but I’m so glad I did! It’s so comfortable to have on when working out. Holds me in without making me feel restricted. My favorite part is it doesn’t have those annoying binds in the back that poke you, yet it still offers that support and shaping. I’m 5’3 200 and I purchased a L. I am 5’1 210 lbs and also have a almost 3 month old baby, so however many weeks that is postpartum lol I ordered an XXL because my arms seem to always be to big for an XL. This fits like a glove for me though all around and it’s super comfortable. I’ve had this for 3 days, wore it 2 and I am absolutely in love with it! The only thing that I would recommend or like better was if the arms could be a little more flexible. I love this jacket so much. I used it while I am doing rowing on my machine. I wanted to get rid of my upper back fat and my fay arms. So far I have used it twice while working it and it works. Ladies this product is comfortable and it helps with sweating. I purchased two of these garments for a friend and I. My 3 star 🌟 rating is based on the fit of the overall garment. This product looks amazing and perfectly fitted on the model. Almost like a second skin. Unfortunately thats not the case here. Both garments fit loosely in the sleeves. Hello thought I’d write a review. Here I am in my shirt. Put it on and my back instantly started sweating. I’m typically xl or xxl. I thought I got xl until my package came and I saw that I ordered xxl. Good thing I did cause my shirt fits me snug. More snug than I expected but I could also just be larger than I want to be. It is a great quality product very comfortable, I would recommend it to anyone, but I ordered a medium size and need a small , but I wear a medium in a blouse. But the product is great quality.

I didn't quite like the fit on this. It has a really short torso area and the shoulders are a bit wide. I got the Medium. Im 5'1" and 160lbs but carry most my weight in my belly/midsection. I kept having to pull it down to cover my belly. I would only recommend this if you have a short torso. I didn't get to work out in it, so I don't know if it works in that aspect. Not for my body type but maybe it'll be good for others

I've currently been using the sauna suit top for about 5 months now and in that time, it has worked exactly like it claims. I take walks in it, I do chores in it, I play with my children in it and now that it is getting cold out, I'll be using it to keep warm. I've lost about twenty pounds in this 5 month period through the suit as well as my daily exercise regimen and I feel great! I will highly recommend this product.

It’s nice but it can be uncomfortable. Fits almost as expected but I wish it was more stretchy and the longer I wear it it gets itchy possibly because it’s a bit tight on the arms. However, it definitely makes you sweat which is good for the workout and makes you want to work out more. If it had more of a spandex type of material to make it stretchy it would probably be perfect

Its a great sauna suit for sure it allows you to move comfortably. It’s not a waist trainer at all it’s honestly a great sauna suit. It’s a great fit around the arms It was just a bit awkward having the cut out for the breast because it doesn’t if as well as I would’ve wanted it to for a Large. All around a good purchase

I’m 6ft, approximately size 16 US, 38 in waist, 38 bust. I ordered a XXL. The waist trainer is definitely meant for a shorter woman. I had to push my boobs up to fit/zip up the trainer completely. My lower abdomen sticks out, so if you’re a bit chubby, it’ll look like your belly is hanging. I don’t think sizing up would help, or it would be too big. So far looks good, but taller thick women beware.

I am super pleased with the neoprene top although it was not as fitted as I would have liked. I guess it runs a bit larger. But since I saw the potential, I immediately returned it and repurchased a smaller size. Super excited to burn more calories with every exercise! Love it!

I was hoping I could use this but whatever material that was used to create this item makes me very itchy when wearing for long hours.
