I received my waist trainer in a timely manner. Considering mail delays because of Covid 19 that was a pleasant surprise. My neoprene sauna vest arrived in an additional weather proof plastic bag in perfect condition. I ordered a medium to accommodate my muffin top, because I thought small would be too little. I am 5'3, 133 lbs, dress sizes 6 & 8. I immediately tried it on under a workout shirt. It's thick and good quality. It smells of neoprene, but I expected that. It fits a little looser than I wanted, but I think that will not be an issue once I start working out in it. I plan to purchase a small to accommodate for my snatched waist. That is, when I finally get one.
