These mugs arrived very quickly and nicely packaged - I bought them as a gift so have not used them yet but they look exactly like the pictures on the website. They have such a beautiful design that it was hard to choose, but I'm definitely happy with the choice! Coasters/lids are more functional than coasters and lids for your drinks. The lids are not very tight on the set I received, but that's to be expected. The mugs have a durable feel and are a great size for all the hot drink lovers out there. Highly recommended!
