Coolife Luggage AL Frame Suitcase, Black, 28in

First Impression= Okay for the price. I own a 24in Samsonite which feels more rugged than this 28in suitcase. The wall is sticker on the Samsonite than the coolife.I haven't travelled with it yet so we would have to wait and see.I have made at least 3-5 international travels with the Samsonite and as you can see from the pictures, its still going strong.

Durable and easy rolling

I wanted a hard-sided case, but one with real latches and not a zipper. Tired of failing zippers rendering my luggage useless. Hard to find this case but happy to have it. It has flown without getting crushed or wheels broken off. Yes, it has picked up scratches but that is going to happen no matter what. Latches have remained closed. Interior has a nice zippered compartment on the "top" side to easy to open this. This is my first four-wheeled case and I see why people prefer this style. Works…

Horrible for serious travel

This suitcase was a nightmare on my trip! I submitted a review mid trip but looks like it didn't go through. I purchased it for a month trip in Europe and struggled to close it every single time from packing to leave and every where we went. The closure is really terrible, there is no zipper. The pieces on work in a very specific way my husband started to figure out but it would take at least 3 tries, usually more to get the thing to close. Nice suitcase (2nd time around)

I purchased this suitcase really excited about the fact that there are no zippers to break. The color and pattern are very pretty and the steel frame is sturdy. I used it on a flight to Vegas and when packing to return the TSA approved lock wouldn't lock. They had to wrap tape around it at the airport which was not so awesome. Roomy, lightweight and no zippers !

One of the very few rolling luggage cases I've ever seen with no zippers. Zippers all seem to break or catch fabric and jam eventually.

Lock broke on first time use which caused the suitcase to open;, worst suitcase ever

Used for travel and lock didn't work and opened on first trip. Don't buy; my things were falling out. worst case ever. The hard shell may limit the amount of bending or flexing available to pack certain items.

attractive, functional luggage

The suitcase arrived undamaged and is a perfect size. I like the way the locks work and much prefer this type of suitcase over the type with a zipper. This is the second of these suitcases I have purchased. The first one was purchased in February of 2020 and still is functional and attractive after several flights.

Just started using this luggage and it is very styish and have gotten a compliment. It rolls very easily! The case may become damaged during rough handling by airline personnel.

Worked great until the lock mechanism seized

Loved this little suitcase for about 2 years. I don’t travel a lot but it was the perfect size for 3–4 days away. Then this week I was packed to leave early in the morning and the lock seized. The latches would not close. One side closed and then the other side would not. At that point I had to take a screwdriver and force open the lock, repack another suitcase so I could get to the airport.Was great for a while but I won’t buy this type of locking system again

Its not easy to decipher which size to order when selecting a size . All size descriptions reads the same. I had to go by trial and error.
