I purchased this suitcase really excited about the fact that there are no zippers to break. The color and pattern are very pretty and the steel frame is sturdy. I used it on a flight to Vegas and when packing to return the TSA approved lock wouldn't lock. They had to wrap tape around it at the airport which was not so awesome. Once home I contacted Best Buy about exchanging it for the exact same suitcase model, as I assumed I had just received a lemon this first time. They were very accommodating and made it very easy to send back. I received my replacement very quickly. Thank you Best Buy! I just returned from a trip to Mexico that included four flights and two trips through customs and the lock worked perfectly. The case was inspected by TSA on both trips so they had to unlock it. I don't know if that was a factor with the first one or not. The only problem I had with the replacement is one of the corners was dented on the return home, but it is still functional. Overall I think it's a great suitcase. Fingers are crossed it continues to work on my next trip!
