Review on Rounderbum by Paul Opoku

Critique: I was a little dissatisfied with the underwear I purchased from Rounderbum's online shop. Although they had a wide variety of products to choose from, their website was cumbersome and difficult to use. It took me a lot longer than it should have to find a suitable set. While I applaud their efforts to ensure happy customers, I must say that my experiences with their customer care have been less than stellar. It took forever to get an answer to my inquiry, and the one I finally received was evasive and useless. My order came late, and when it did, the underwear looked like it had been through a washing machine. This fell short of my expectations. Overall, I wasn't overly impressed with Rounderbum's web shop. Although they have a large inventory, they could improve their website and customer support. Don't expect a pristine package if you buy something online.
