Nice but not as described

The pillow arrived today. The first thing that struck me is that it looks so small. I have a ruler and of course it's not 20 inches long. It's a little over 18". It's too small for the chair I bought it for, which I measured beforehand. The colors aren't as contrasting as in the photo. Everything looks very dark, no light gold like in the photos. At the same time, the print is very beautiful and the velvet is very soft. I'm on the fence about leaving it or not. I'll decide in the next few days if it grows on me. I just wanted others on those Be aware of size if you are looking for a true 20 inch lumbar support.
