Big can, small product
The product is packaged in a can that is slightly smaller than the palm of your hand. The surprise comes when you open the jar and find that the beard balm is only 2/3 the size. I immediately felt cheated after paying almost $18 for this small amount of product. Even more disappointing is the beard balm. It's pretty messy, leaving tiny bits of balm on your beard, on your shirt, and anything you stand over when you apply the product. The only nice thing I can say about it is the great scent.
