Easy to install and works great.
My only complaint is in the way the factory installed the original. They put the slack loop just outside the cook chamber rather than at the board. It makes it impossible to use the old cable as a fishing wire. I was able to take the bottom cover off and just gravity feed the connecter through. About a 10 minute job including cleanup.
