I like the shampoo, but I actually use the conditioner to "wash" my hair. I'm in middle age and my hair is getting drier. I also have coarse curly hair. I don't use any shampoo at all. I only use conditioner. I bought a balm and balm "three in one" conditioner for curly hair and cream/oil against moisture. You are fantastic! I use them all together!
