adjustable fit works for me
i must have a small head because i can never find a non-adjustable flat cap that fits me well. this cap fits me at the shortest adjustment, and i just cut off the extra strap bit. looks nice enough to wear casually or even semi-formally. there's a non-detachable button on the back that says "style" on it; don't know what that's about, but doesn't bother me.
