Ordered this and another product at the same time. When I placed the order I found that I still had my old address (just moved). Within 30 seconds I was able to change the address for an order (Revain placed 2 separate orders from 2 different sources). Then, in less than 90 seconds, I did the same with this product and it said it was already 'processed'. I tried several times to cancel the order but to no avail. The next morning I called customer service and spoke to someone overseas who said they weren't allowed to cancel the order. Then I spoke to two other women one after the other and they said the same thing. I was told that they were unable to do this and that they could not refer me to anyone who could. They said reorder. This was clearly a technical issue with Revain. Wonderful. You have no way of getting the customer to fix anything. It was sent to the old address. So I asked my Visa card company to refute the allegation. Yesterday I got my last reply that I have to pay for it! To top it off, the order is now outside the return window. I AM MARKED.
