What do you expect? Leading experts in the field say there isn't much of a difference between a $4 HDMI cable and a $40 HDMI cable, and since it really depends on the devices you're connecting with that cable, there is makes more sense to invest where they have it. I bought three packs to have an extra one or two as there will hardly be a time when I don't need another HDMI cable. In most of my applications, they plug in and stay in place once plugged in, so metal materials/plating doesn't matter (gold always has excellent conductivity, no matter how soft it is, so if constantly inserted/removed it can get scratched and worn). time makes it worse). Everyone's always trying to hide wires, so I don't care if they're red and black or neon pink - they can just serve as easy identification if you're on one end, but not if you have three. the same color scheme - I mark all my cables just in case. Prices on these items vary, this was the best buy at the time but keep your eyes peeled!
