NOT FOR SMALL DOGS! POOR PREPARATION AND PROCESSING

Very bulky! Extra Wide - 1 5/8” wide on Medium. It's written 14-19 inches, but the velcro is sewn randomly and won't fit less, except maybe 16 inches. The handle is sewn on incorrectly. Looks and feels solid, the metal buckle is good but the quality and size is not right.
