Thanks to this product I was able to use my phone as a computer. I connected the HDMI cable to the monitor and Samsung Dex started automatically. At first I was told to use a real Dex product for a second but other than that everything worked great. I even used the Steam Link to stream Fallout 4 to my phone set up from my gaming PC at max resolution with no issues. It recognized the external drive and allowed the phone to charge connected devices when the USB-C cable was unplugged and charge everything (including my phone) through the hub when I plugged in USB-C. And it doesn't get very hot. Very happy with the product.
