If you like sour gummies and sour straws, you'll probably love it. I use this as part of a dental routine developed by Dr. Ellie Phillips, who wrote "Kiss Your Dentist Goodbye" (she gives you a brushing routine so your visits to the dentist are for maintenance, not repair). I can't use mint flavored products so I had to look for an alternative to the brands she recommended. I was concerned about the pH as it tastes acidic so I emailed the Hello company and they said all of their mouthwashes have a pH of around 7. I also use Hello brand toothpaste. I think watermelon is the best flavor (and the only one available in regular stores), but it doesn't contain fluoride. I ordered strawberry and raspberry flavors directly from the company as you can order individual tubes. Both have fluoride. I prefer wild strawberries as blue raspberries tend to be sweet (too much, IMHO) with a slight undertone in flavor. I didn't try the chewing gum flavor as I don't like it. I asked her to make a watermelon with fluoride as it really tastes the best. I have to say the child resistant cap is difficult to open and if you don't have children/grandchildren I would take a hacksaw and cut off the tabs sticking out the sides of the bottle so you don't have to fiddle with it. UPDATE December 2020: After using this remedy for about 6 months I developed tooth sensitivity and it went away when I stopped using this mouthwash. I think the person who checked the pH and said it was acidic is right. I still use toothpaste and love it and recently tried Hello Strawberry Lip Balm as I got a free sample with my order and I love it too but I have to say I don't have dry lips at the moment so I don't know how good it is. works when your lips are dry.
