ORIGINAL: ONE STAR The collar is beautiful. Perfect for our large chocolate lab. Unfortunately, the plastic clip broke after six months (which is odd as we rarely have him on a leash, instead wearing a choke collar). I have emailed the company for a replacement or refund but have not received a response. Expensive for such a short lifespan. EDIT: The company has responded to this negative comment. They changed the collar for free and reported finding a more reliable supplier for the plastic clasp. Given my delight with the collar and the maximum responsiveness of the company, I changed the stars to 5 STARS (November 23, 2016)
