I absolutely love this bag! I took it to South Korea with me, and I've carried it every day since I've returned. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because the inner zipper pocket was defective the 1st time I used it. I attempted to put my passport in it and close the zipper, and the zipper pull just came right off. I still carry the bag and all, but the inner pocket remains open because of the defect. There was no way to fix it. Other than that minor flaw, it's a great bag!
