15 year guarantee is not a guarantee!

I bought 6 of these mattress pads investment 270 USD in 2012-2015. In addition to this I also use reusable mattress pads which I put on top of the mattress pad/sheet in my son's bed (he is 9 years old and has autism. He also uses a diaper). Mattress covers only stayed waterproof when I lived in a house where I could air dry them in our basement. The washing instructions state that they can be tumble dried on a low setting. Not true. I ruined one early on by putting it in the dryer on low speed so I started line drying it. I'm leaving a review now because I've dabbled with them for years and pulled them out of bed as soon as they got wet. A little protection is better than nothing, and since I had extra mattress pads I figured I had enough protection. But we just got a new mattress for my son and when I added "mattress" to my order history I noticed that these pillows were covered by a 15 year warranty. Fabulous! Not as much. It states that you must contact them within 5 days of the accident and show that the duvet was on the bed at the time of the accident (come on, who stops to take a photo of the duvet, before you rip off the mattress cover when it's covered in urine, and you're trying to keep your $1,000 mattress + for a $45 protection). And how do I prove that I follow all care instructions. ), why on earth should I pet it. it will melt, no, there are no tears on it. BUT. Yes it is dirty/dirty. (so now my 15 year warranty is void according to your fine print)! The only time this product has been waterproof is when it wasn't put in the dryer. I wish I had my $270 back. Don't offer a guarantee you can't read.
