Easy to use for our business and customers!
I like how easy it was for me as an admin, to add new leads into my list which were then sent out via email or text message. The customer service could be better but they are always willing to help when needed! There isn't much dislike about this program at all so far! It's been great helping us keep our lists up-to date with current customers who have requested information from us recently. We've also used their lead generation feature where we can send emails straight through them without having to do any work ourselves.
Pros
- Easy interface
- Helpful support staff that is eager & helpful in resolving issues.
- Multiple ways you may contact anyone using your system such sending texts/emails directly instead if calling each person individually (especially good during pandemic era)
- Great way organize different groups within contacts i use categories most often
