I will never make the mistake of buying anything from this manufacturer again. Anyone marketing this junk as "quality product" is misleading the consumer and should be avoided. 35 years ago I had an Uncle Henry knife that was the same general shape but actually had a really strong full shaft handle and real blade. Steel with the possibility of sharpening and keeping sharpened. It turned out that the metal from which this knife is made is about the same quality as an ordinary bucket. When it arrived I was thrilled that I could finally replace a piece of my history that had been used and kept for years before it was lost. How quickly I became disillusioned when I received the new version that was sent to me. The disappointment turned to disgust almost immediately and I sent it back asap. Stop wasting your time, energy, effort or money with Uncle Henry's product.
