I like that we can work from home, set our own hours (not too early or late), with flexibility to pick up days when needed - AND have an incredible team of people supporting me throughout my day who make it even sweeter by being able reach out anytime if something comes across their radar but isn't specifically listed as one which they need help working through immediately? The only downside is there aren’t enough things for us all do at once sometimes; however this helps give variety each week so doesn't get stale very quickly.
It's good having multiple projects going simultaneously while still feeling productive because not everything needs immediate attention 100% every time you log into your computer/device etc.; therefore giving focus back onto other items without always wanting "your turn" right away just gets missed more often than otherwise would be ideal & makes some tasks take longer due simply running low-on motivation levels during certain times of these weeks.
