First they came in a box with no packaging - everything was literally thrown into the box and there were no instructions, not even which ones Battery size should be used! As soon as I put the battery in, the pen becomes very heavy and uncomfortable to use. The light is bright, but it actually bounces off the "diamonds" making it difficult to see. Tips DO NOT FIT! They have a thread for screwing in the tips, but the tips don't. I don't know if it was a returned block and if the wrong heads were included or if it's literally a piece of junk! In any case, I've waited too long to try, so no refund will be issued. They all ended up in the trash where they belong! There may be great lighted buttons out there, but this is NOT the one! I do NOT recommend!
