Easy way to check-in on employees & read feedback
I like that it is an easy way to see what my employees have been working in their daily lives, as well how often we interact with them through our platform (both internally & externally).
It's not always accurate or up-to date information for me when reviewing this info via dashboard view vs viewing directly from employee page/profile - sometimes there isn't enough detail provided by each individual user profile so its difficult at times trying figure out exactly who i'm looking into! Sometimes can be hard tracking down specific users if you're having trouble finding someone within system but overall still fairly simple tool once getting used too!
Pros
- It's a nice way to track employee activity and keep track of their time spent on different projects
Cons
- I dislike that sometimes it doesn't always provide enough information when viewing directly from employee profile page
