The team are approachable, knowledgible & work well as an integrated part of our wider digital marketing campaign - they've been working with us for over 5 years now! They're not afraid at all about suggesting new ideas or looking outside your current process/approach if it makes sense (especially when you have no idea what might be possible). We use them mainly just one-toone but also do some webchats too so can't really comment here other than positive experiences though we often bring projects together across teams anyway using different methods eg via video calls etc.
