This is a really good frame, overall I'm happy with my purchase. It's durable and much more valuable than the $150 frames you're offered after you graduate. There is a film on the glass which I believe is UV protection and anti-glare. The problem is the film is worn and scratched - when I first looked at it I thought it might just be a protective film peeling off. A disclaimer on this would be helpful. Glass defects do not interfere with the viewing of documents on the display, but can be alarming when you first open the box when you expect a smooth, perfectly shiny surface. The frame comes with a cleaning cloth which I think is meant to buff out any small imperfections or blemishes on the frame. The only other complaint I have is that the document border is too narrow - it doesn't hold the 8.5×11 document flush with the glass, so the document displayed has ripples and it's difficult to see gaps between the ones displayed document and the image to be eliminated. decorative border. This problem can be solved with a strategically placed ribbon, but it's probably not something you should consider if you're showing a valuable document. All in all a very good frame that could use some improvement.
