Guys, why did you put the mute switch on the "microphone controller" cable instead of the volume control? I didn't know about it and to change the volume I have to open the damn settings and adjust the chat and game volume in the Xbox itself. I understand they want us to be at the mic amp. Another annoying thing is that they put the headphone jack on the same side as the microphone, on the back of my left ear, and the cable keeps rubbing against my neck. That's just unacceptable for a $150 headset. I have the same sound quality as my $40 turtle beaches and I have an echo problem when my friends talk to me they hear their voices echoing. really disappointed, have to buy dolby sound (monthly subscription) same as microsoft sound option. Please don't waste your money on this, I'm so disappointed in this purchase
