So I'm hoping this review represents a 'verified purchase' but just in case let me explain my experience. I have 4a hair. I saw this product on the Instagram page I follow. This showed support and showed how well the brush was working. I was dying to find the right detangling brush because it seemed to me that all the ones I had ever used always pulled my hair out. So I clicked on the product page and clicked subscribe. After watching a few videos I decided to go to Revain and buy the brush (I also loved the one day delivery). I left a comment on the Tressfully Yours page under a photo of how I just bought a brush and couldn't wait for it to arrive. Well apparently USPS screwed up the shipping and I never got the brush the next day. The day it was supposed to arrive I went to Instagram to inform the owner that USPS only canceled the order because I said I would let them know how it worked out for me. I never expected what happened next. The landlady (Joanne) called Revane herself to find out what the problem was. She was persistent and professional, keeping me informed of every step. It meant A LOT to me! She really cared that I was so eager to try her product but just couldn't get it. She personally made sure that I received the brush in just a few days! I felt so bad that USPS let her go through this because I knew she had done her part by releasing the product quickly the first time. She really didn't have to fix the postman's mistake. But she did, and let me tell you. I LOVE THIS BRUSH! My hair almost never fell out. He defined my curls so beautifully. As a natural girl, detangling can take forever, but the comb made it so much better. I'm so happy. Thanks to Joanne's professionalism combined with this amazing brush, I will be a LIFETIME supporter of every Tressfully Yours product. 😊
