I rarely write reviews but I feel like I have to shout this product from the top of a mountain. Let me start by saying I hate socks. Never wear them unless I'm wearing shoes. You definitely can't sleep in it. This dry weather and walking on the cold hardwood floor makes my heels so dry and cracked and calloused that it hurts so much to walk on them. Roughly I know. I bought these 1/2 socks off Amazon for $10 and have been wearing them for 4 nights now and oh my god my heels have completely healed. 0 pain. 0 cracks. They are magic. The instructions say they work best with foot cream, so I just used what I always use, Okeefs foot cream. The socks have this silicon pad inside that magics on your heels. I'm seriously amazed. And they're cut so I can wear them to sleep without choking myself. We recommend. My rescue for the feet. Even my husband is amazed at how well it works on my pesky heels.
