Decent and super cute!

The size and fit are perfect and you feel comfortable the first time. I usually take 7 for Nike and 6.5 for Adidas so my feet fall somewhere in between - I have 7 for these and they fit really well. I was looking for a shoe that would fit my feet well without a tongue. While some people complain about the built-in sock-like feature, I personally like it and don't find it a problem to wear - they need to be flexible and not sewn at the back to fit your feet well and be more flexible. Anyway, on the specs of these shoes: I've used them for Chloe Things workouts at home and for a run around the lake - haven't used them for gym climbs yet. They have been described as both a training shoe and a HIIT shoe. which I think Chloe's workouts fall under. I would say they are better than barefoot training (which I did) as they provide support and cushioning. My only complaint is that my bent legs don't feel as comfortable doing lunges for example, because the sole and bottom of the shoe seems a bit stiff/stiff. Running around the lake was ok - To be honest this isn't the first choice I'll choose for runs but I guess I can't complain as they weren't advertised as 'running shoes'. The foot strike base had adequate cushioning, but then again, as I mentioned, these aren't the most flexible of soles, so you can feel it a bit as you run. While I haven't worked out with them in the gym yet I can say they will probably do best in this area due to the stiffer but thicker sole for support. The lower part of the sole is designed to provide good balance and stability. Overall I think these are pretty decent shoes. They're comfortable to wear for all-day errands, and they're great for trips out too (looks darn cute!). I think they're versatile in the sense that you can still run and do other activities every now and then, but as someone who enjoys running outdoors a lot, I'll wear a different pair of proper running shoes.
