Great tool - helps keep clients safe from incidents

The service has made it very easy for us to reach our customer base quickly and easily. It works well with our existing software solutions, the user interface does not feel dated, which could mean it's being updated occasionally. I haven't encountered any problems so far, but if there are, I'm sure they have been found and resolved. Use their support as often as possible as they make things simple for those using their services, and respond quickly when issues come up by providing updates in a timely manner. The increased effectiveness of communication with customers during an incident has seen greater customer satisfaction overall than before (customer numbers remain stable). The ease of use, it's great for our small business with only about 15 employees to communicate quickly in case of an emergency. It has been really helpful! I have not found anything I dislike yet. If we had more time, there would be many features/tools that could improve this service even further. We are able to easily share information via email or text message as well as being able to post relevant updates to social media sites like Facebook and Twitter.

  • Very good at communicating efficiently; quick response from status hub staff upon request also available 24 hours through chat feature too :) Consentrating is quite difficult within one year..it takes long until you get used

  • There are troubles
