Very easy to use incident management tool for communicating incidents

I like how easy it was to set up, configure in my organization's environment with our own branding as well! It also had some really nice features such as being able to upload images or videos of an incident which makes for good documentation during investigations when there are no other records available from outside sources. The platform has been used by over 3100 companies globally including large Fortune 500 organizations who use this product daily to communicate status updates and resolve…

  • Easy integration into any software that uses REST APIs.
  • Ability integrate custom widgets within your application ecommerce store front? Yes please!! Need more widget options!!!:)
Cons
  • Ticketer not always works properly
  • Support response is kind'a laggy

StatHUB Has Helped Us Communicate Better With Clients

We are using statushub to communicate with our clients, so they know what's going in their business when we have an incident or need assistance during maintenance windows etc.. The communication platform has been great for us! Nothing really - it works well enough but there isn't anything I can think of at this point as something which would make me dislike my choice here either way (as far away from being disappointed). Would be nice if notifications could go into more than one channel like…

Great tool - helps keep clients safe from incidents

The service has made it very easy for us to reach our customer base quickly and easily. It works well with our existing software solutions, the user interface does not feel dated, which could mean it's being updated occasionally. I haven't encountered any problems so far, but if there are, I'm sure they have been found and resolved.   • Very good at communicating efficiently; quick response from status hub staff upon request also available 24 hours through chat feature too :) Consentrating is quite difficult within one year..it takes long until you get used
