StatHUB Has Helped Us Communicate Better With Clients

We are using statushub to communicate with our clients, so they know what's going in their business when we have an incident or need assistance during maintenance windows etc.. The communication platform has been great for us! Nothing really - it works well enough but there isn't anything I can think of at this point as something which would make me dislike my choice here either way (as far away from being disappointed). Would be nice if notifications could go into more than one channel like Slack though? This might seem silly since slack does support multiple channels too; however sometimes people want other ways besides email/slack messages alone The tool is easy to implement, and I like how it allows me to set up rules for notifications. I haven't found anything I don't like. It's not as customizable as some of the other notification tools available, but this is probably due to our specific implementation of the product. We're using statushub to send out alerts regarding outage issues, and it has been very effective in helping us address those problems.
