PRO: They conform to your head and do not fall off when you look DOWN: Sizing should be longer/taller. These are great glasses for "close-ups" when you're working with things (cars, woodwork, etc.). You can look up and down and they won't fall off - if you have a 'wider (front to back) head', they may not fit. These are very good goggles for workers who need to put them on and take them off frequently. If you need glasses for reading books etc, you might want to get one with smaller frames and lighter weight.
