First, let me say that I really like this skirt. I bought this for a Minnie Mouse inspired outfit and it was perfect for that. Based on the measurements listed, it works for less hair. I would love it. I'm a 16/18 girl and bought the 2XL - it didn't want to pull over my hips (has minimal stretch) but I was able to pull it over my head. Keep this in mind. The material is excellent, the stitching is strong. The length is a bit long but the waist fits perfectly just below the knees (I'm 5ft 5in). The only thing that could make this skirt better is the pockets lol. I'm looking for more colors now!
