I am satisfied with this bag. I ordered it because it looks like a Chanel backpack. This isn't Chanel and if you compare them side by side you'll see the difference in the hardware. I read the reviews and one of them was removed, probably because she pinned her Chanel pin to the bag in the photo. Well I have the same idea. Two different colored chains are the same for Chanel bags. I really like the gold eyelets instead of the pewter Chanel ones. There are three reasons why I prefer this bag to a luxury brand. 1. He is vegan. 2. I like gold hardware. on a white bag. 3. Now that luxury brands are raising their prices. I stick them up my nose and mimic the look. And a lot less overall. This bag is great for its price. When I revive my bag I will post photos. * I added a strap to make my bag look more like a handbag.
