I know they tout this as great for hiking and outdoor activities, which is fine, but I suffer from hot flashes during menopause and this is a great way to beat them. There are multiple speeds, convenient position adjustment and fast USB charging. They only have minor downsides, if you have longer hair you have to pin them back or they annoy the fans and I wish the sound they made was a little quieter, but the portability weighs small things and I think that's wonderful!
