I liked how easy it was to use (no prior knowledge needed). It's also really simple when you are booking for your clients. If they have any questions or feedback regarding their flight/hotel etc - they can easily contact us via email which saves time! Nothing at this moment but as soon as there will be something that we think could improve upon our software please do let me know.
