I liked how easy it was to use (no prior knowledge needed). It's also really simple when you are booking for your clients. If they have any questions or feedback regarding their flight/hotel etc - they can easily contact us via email which saves time! Nothing at this moment but as soon as there will be something that we think could improve upon our software please do let me know. I like that it has all of my flight information in one place, easy to keep track of. Also, I can see everything at once without having to scroll through several screens. It sometimes freezes up for a few seconds or longer when I try to make changes. There are also some glitches with the booking process. Sometimes you have to log back in more than once before you're able to book a flight. Also, if you try to book a tour package while you're still booking your flights, the tours won't show up…
