I like that it has all of my flight information in one place, easy to keep track of. Also, I can see everything at once without having to scroll through several screens. It sometimes freezes up for a few seconds or longer when I try to make changes. There are also some glitches with the booking process. Sometimes you have to log back in more than once before you're able to book a flight. Also, if you try to book a tour package while you're still booking your flights, the tours won't show up until after you've booked your flights. This makes it easier to keep track of what's left to do. We use it to manage our travel itinerary and keep track of our travel costs.
