Review on Tim Holtz Distress Blending Brushes by Chris Young

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Their unique design makes them ideal for screen printing.

Beautiful brushes with a unique curve. You can control the length of the brush's bristles by simply sliding the lipstick-like tube up or down. The shorter the bristles, the more concentrated the ink. I have found that the brush holds a lot more ink than the sponge applicator and you get a more precise application with the brush. I colored the rib on the tube like Tim suggests in one of his videos and now I have a brush for each color family. Holds up well when the lid is put back on - no mess! I have a pair that are meant to be used with paint instead of ink so they rinse out after each use. If you wash them, make sure the bristles are dry before replacing the storage cap.
