It appears to be a well designed and well made umbrella with one fatal flaw. difficult. But it doesn't take much pressure to activate the button, so every time you use an umbrella you accidentally press the closing button and it will fold up and pour water on you in a rain shower. To make matters worse, you have to fold the umbrella all the way in and snap it back in place for the button to work again to reopen the umbrella so you get wetter. Just an old normal opening button with a separate latch if you want to close the umbrella. will work much better. The auto-close feature has no discernible benefit and causes all of the problems described above.
